Blog Videos

Here you have the collection of videos I have uploaded to my blog so far:

Bookmark Collections

  • My collection of language resources available in .html format. Given I currently work in-house I cannot warranty all links are still operative since I do not use them as frequently as I used to.
  • My collection of web design resources in .html format. I have used most of these websites in order to develop this site as well as to improve my skills.

Personal Projects

  • The much-acclaimed La Liga-Premiership English-Spanish glossary developed my me and my colleague Mark Newbury. Everything you need to enjoy football broadcasting all over the world.
  • Google a fondo: an article I wrote on how to make the most of Google as a translator while my intership at the Department of Translation of the University of Malaga. It was written a while ago and only in Spanish.
  • Source-Target Character Length Compare: use this Excel-based resource I created myself in order to check whether your translation exceeds the source text wordcount. A very useful and straightforward tool for SW localisation jobs.
